Printing industry has to consider new Environmental Product Fee regulations mainly due to the payment obligations on advertising paper based printings and packaging materials.2011. LXXXV. act declares that the Product Fee has to be paid by printing houses from now on. In case of printed advertising materials made in Hungary, the ordering party has to report if ordered materials are connected to Environmental Product Taxation process, or not.
Product Fee is 64 HUF/kg in case of advertising papers, and it has to be invoiced with VAT in the future.
